The aromatic profile is classic of a Finger Lakes semi-dry Riesling, as a cornucopia of fruit aromas fill the glass. Blood orange, bartlett pear, and raspberry-lime cordial are immediately noticeable. Tropical aromas of mango and tamarind add spice to this mix. Upon tasting, the midpalate is flush with powerful acidity that supports and compliments the palate weight and warm fruit associated with the residual sugars.
The 110 Semi-Dry Riesling will reach a fruit-forward first peak in 18 months, followed by a second arc towards a floral and nutty peak in seven to ten years.
