Following is a summary  of  what we learned during the five Winter Wine Explorations that we held between January and March of 2026. Each weekend we took a deep dive into a wine topic. The topics included: Ageability of Finger Lakes Red Wines; the Quality/Price Ratio of Library Wines; a Competition between Finger Lakes and French Varietals; a Survey of Cab Franc Around the World; and finally a chance to see if you can tell the difference between red, white, rosé and orange wines when tasting blind.
